Kitesurfing, wing foiling and foiling around The Hague
From Noordwijk to Hoek van Holland lies the most densely populated windsport coast in the Netherlands, with Scheveningen and Kijkduin as the best-known names. The beaches here turn from west-northwest to northwest, so a southwesterly sits nicely cross-onshore, whether you kitesurf, wing foil or foil. The spots are easy to reach and have everything (beach pavilions, parking, webcams), but that also means zoning and crowds in summer, and on the busiest beaches separate zones apply for kite and wing. Anyone after some quiet drives ten minutes on to one of the beach accesses in between.
