Kitesurfing, wing foiling and foiling in France

France has three coasts to kite: the Channel with big tides, the Atlantic with waves and baïnes, and the Mediterranean with the Tramontane and the Mistral. Within 300 m of the waterline a 5-knot limit applies all year, except in the designated kite zones and lanes, and every spot says where they are.
